Indicators
You can import definitions of indicators or create each of them manually, as occurred with attributes of each dimension.
Importing Indicators
Making the import:
1. In the page of cube indicators, click Import.
2. Enter then the connection to be used and click Next.
4. Enter the table alias (for example, SC7) in which indicators are.
5. Then, choose the table. Next step is to choose indicators (that are numeric fields).
6. After defining indicators, you can adjust field characteristics, such as Title, Decimals, and Mask.
You should not change the field Name because it has reference with Origin Field. @E R$ 999,999,999.99 |
Creating Indicators Manually
You can also create definitions of indicators manually, for example, in the case of fields of a table not created by TOTVS | DbAccess, without recognizing the type.
To create indicators manually, in the page of cube indicators, click New. For each new indicator, define:
▪ | Name: indicator name. |
▪ | Description: indicator description. |
▪ | Visible: it defines whether the indicator is visible or not. |
▪ | Class: enter the way of sum concerning the indicator (usually addition). |
▪ | Type: define the type of indicator (usually numeric). |
▪ | Size: enter the size of the whole part of the indicator. |
▪ | Decimals: enter the number of decimal places. |
▪ | Mask: define an AdvPL standard mask, that is used for display. |
After defining all indicators, click Next to define filters for the cube.
