Exporting Table

You can export table data to the following formats:

Text (Txt and Txt SDF)
HTML
XLS
Jpeg
XML

 

To export the current table, run the table and then click the Export option.

 

Enter:

Format: enter format of the file to be exported.
Field Separator: for text mode export, enter the separator.
Fill out blank values with 0: fill out blank values with 0.
Add Totals: it exports subtotals and general total.
Repeat Rows: it defines if rows repeated in sequence are displayed.
Display Headers: if determines if headers are exported.
Send via e-mail to: to e-mail the file to be exported, enter a list of e-mail addresses to be notified, putting each e-mail in a different row. To make this resource of e-mail dispatch work, you must configure Workflow parameters (see more details in this tool help).
Last export: it displays the last export.

Click Export. SIGADW generates the corresponding file (and sends e-mails if an e-mail address was entered). Then, you can download this file in order to save or run it.

Scheduling Table Export:

The export defined can be made in periods  selected. For this, configure and save export options previously explained. Then, click Schedule and schedule the export by following the same procedures for dimension and cube scheduling. The Workflow Schedule must be running.

To display expressions applied to the query when it is exported, an option was created in table query export to define whether a description with expressions applied to the query must be displayed or not. Expressions that are displayed if the query has them are Filters, Selection Filters, and Rankings.

1 . If the query has filters, select the ones that must be applied to the query.

2 . If the query has Rankings, select the ones that must be applied to the query.

3. Export the query, selecting Display in the header the Expressions Applied. Then, click Send and await download screen opening.
