Product Version
This file allows the user to add versions for the existing products.
The product version is a development occurrence existing only in the Product developer module.
This version should not be confounded with review, existing in the product structure in Protheus ERP.
The development of a product only occurs after the creation of one or more versions of the developed product because all manufacturing processes (operations) and component list (structure) are related in the version.
The possibility of having more than one version in development for the same developed product helps the decision taking by comparing versions in terms of costs and times.
Upon releasing the version, all developed products (DG0) being cleared and those with operation register (DG9) are searched. A list with these version displaying fields such as Product, Version, Prototype Route, Source Route and Destination Route. You may also edit only the Destination Route field.
| • | If the route entered already exists on SIGAPCP, its functioning is kept running, where the route of the register functioning is deleted and recreated with the same operations. |
| • | When a release for version was never completed, an destination route is suggested, the first available route code is searched for destination product. |
| • | If a release was already performed for this version, the Destination Route field is already completed and this very same code will be suggested. |
Through Operation Alternatives for SIGADPR, you may add information of Alternative/Secondary Resources and Alternative Tools.
Records of Alternative/Secondary Resources and Alternative Tools are stored on the same table on SIGAPCP, SH3, allowing to import information from SIGAPCP to SIGADPR. On SIGADPR the information is also on the same table, DG2. There is a field for resource and another for tools, which differs the resources.
Procedures
To add the product version:
| 1. | In Product version file, press Add. |
| 2. | Fill out information according to the help instructions. |

| 3. | Check data and press Confirm to finish the product version file. |
Related Features
To import version:
It is only possible to carry out the importation for open versions. |
1. In Product Version file, select the product to which the version will be imported.
2. Press Related actions and then, Import version.
It will show the Importation selection screen, where it is possible to define information for the product version importation.

To generate prototype order:
It is only possible to perform the prototype order generation for versions with operations approved. |
1. In Product version file, select the product to which the order will be generated for the prototype.
2. Press Related actions and then, Generate prototype order.
It will show the Parameters screen, where it is possible to define the parameters for the order generation for the prototype.

To assemble formula:
1. In Product Version file, press Related actions.
2. Press Formulas.
It will show the Assemble Formula screen, where it is possible to define the calculation formula to be used.
3. Define data for formula assembly.
The formulas can use the four basic operations with precedence of calculation and brackets. And also constants, that is, numbers that can be added in their composition. |
4. Check data and press Confirm to finish the formula assembly.
To link a waybill:
1. In Product Version file, select the product to which the object will be imported.
2. Press Related actions and then, Waybill.
It will show the Developed Product Version - Add screen, where it is possible to add, edit, delete the objects to be used.

To add technical sheet:
1. In Product Version file, select the product to which the technical sheet will be added.
2. Press Related actions and then, Technical Sheet.
It will show the Technical Sheet screen, where it is possible to add, edit, delete the technical sheets to be used.
It will only add technical sheet when the parameter MV_DPRFICH is activated. |

To add technical family sheet:
1. In Product Version file, select the product to which the technical family sheet will be added.
2. Press Related actions and then, Technical Family Sheet.
It will display the Technical Sheet screen, where the own Technical Sheet is(PCPA104). However it get positioned at Technical Family sheets only, preferentially of the same technical family of the Developed Product positioned at the browse.
It will only add family technical sheet when the parameter MV_DPRFICH is activated. |

To generate script:
1. In File of Product Version, select product to which a script is added.
2. Activate Related Features , then, Generate Script.
The script ot the version prototype product is generated.
You can only generate script of prototype when code of product prototype in version is entered. |
