Database

Allows you to link objects for the version selected.

Database is a base of generic pieces of information stored on files. This information can be pictures, texts, spreadsheets or any type of file with important information concerning the system.

While adding a file at Database, the system creates a security copy of this file. This way, if a file added the Database is deleted from its directory, the system will not be edited.

The Database routine should be linked to the Version and it will only be enabled while the Version status is not Released.

Technical Sheet

During versioning, it allows you to use a default sheet without creating it linked to a version. It serves for several versions since the features of these products can be the same.

But, when the version is released, independent of where the sheet is at Product Development(SIGADPR), it will be generated always at Product. In this case, if there is already sheet for the same template, a template version will be added.

This option is only displayed when the parameter MV_DPRFICH is activated.

Technical Family Sheet

Allows you to link the technical family sheet to product.
