Technical Sheet

Allows you to generate the technical product sheet, resource and product x resource already registered previously at functions of Production Planning and Control Technical Sheet(SIGAPCP). It speeds up the release of a version with sheet already filled.

The register makes possible the addition, edition, deletion and query of registers.

A technical sheet cannot be modified for the product and version while it has not been Approved at Operations, Approved at Process and Released(any of the releases). Exception occurs during the release that will create the registers for product and version, when they are inherited from Dvlpd Product

Procedure

To add technical sheet:

To add attribute:

1. At Technical Sheet, select the product to which the attribute will be linked.

2. Press Related actions and then, Attribute.

It will show the Attribute screen, where it is possible to add, edit, delete the attributes to be used.

To add template:

1. At Technical Sheet, select the product to which the template will be linked.

2. Press Related actions and then, Template.

It will show the Template screen, where it is possible to add, edit, delete the templates to be used.

To add template allocation:

1. At Technical Sheet, select the product to which the template allocation will be linked.

2. Press Related actions and then, Template Allocation.

It will display the Template Allocation screen, where it is possible to add, edit, and delete the allocations of templates to be used.

To add technical family sheet:

1. At Technical Sheet, select the product to which the technical family allocation will be linked.

2. Press Related actions and then, Technical Family Sheet.

It will show the Technical Family Sheet screen, where it is possible to add, edit, delete the technical family sheets to be used.
