Product Version Approval
This program allows the user to execute the approval of a developed product version.
The approval means the product is ready to be used. Products with open version can have their structures or operations approved.
There are three approval situation types:
| • | Structure approved: only the product structure is approved. This version can still have their operations approved; then, its status would be 'Process approved'. |
| • | Operation approved: in this case, only the operation are approved. By approving its structure, its status would be 'Process approved'. |
| • | Process approved: it means the structure and operations have already been approved. |
A developed product version can only assume the 'Process approved' status if the child versions are in the same situation.
To assume the 'Structure approved' status, it is necessary the version child versions are in the same status or in the 'Process approved' status.
The 'Operation approved' status can only be assumed by a version when its child versions are in the same situation or in the 'Process approved' situation.
Procedures
To approve product version:
| 1. | In Product Version Approval, select the product version to be approved. |
2. Press Approve Structure.
To view the product version approval history:
1. In Product Version Approval, select the product version whose approval history you want to see.
2. Press Approv. History.
3. Select the history item to be seen.
4. Press View.
To return to the product version approval screen, press Close and then, Exit. |
Related Features
To approve the operation:
1. In Product Version Approval, select the product version that will have the operation approved.
2. Press Related Features and then, Approv. Operation.
To reopen the structure:
1. In Product Version Approval, select the product version that will have its structure reopened.
2. Press Related Features and then, Reopen Structure.
To reopen the operation:
1. In Product Version Approval, select the product version that will have the operation reopened.
2. Press Related Features and then, Reopen Operation.
Para suspend the version:
1. In Product Version Approval, select the product version that will be suspended.
2. Press Related Features and then, Suspend.
To reopen the suspension:
1. In Product Version Approval, select the product version that will have the suspension reopened.
2. Press Related Features and then, Reopen Operation.
To check criterion:
1. In Product Version Approval, select the product version to which the quality evaluative criteria will be checked.
2. Press Related Features and then, Check Criteria.
It will show the Check Criteria screen, where it is possible to view the quality evaluative criteria of the product version.
3. Define the status of each criterion and press Confirm.
