Deleting a Customer

Only customers added by the business agent can be deleted, but this deletion must be made before sending the register to the back office.

Procedures

Deleting a customer:

1. In the customer maintenance window, select the customer you want and click Change.

A window is displayed with the registration data to change customers.

2. Click Delete.

A message is displayed to confirm deletion.

3. Click OK to confirm it.

Deletion is confirmed.

4. Click OK.

The system returns to the customer maintenance window.
