Exchange Folder

In this folder, you can add the exchange of a certain customer's product, which is then sent to the back office.

The back office must create a table in the system to collect exchange data, which is issued by the business agent.

Exchange added can be deleted as long as information has not been sent to the back office.

Procedures

Accessing the exchange folder:

1. By starting a sales transaction, select the Exchange folder.

The exchange window is displayed to add the product.

In this window, you can add the product and enter the amount to be exchanged besides deleting the product if you want.

2. After running the operation you want, click the Service menu.
3. Select Return.

The system returns to the business visit window.
