View by Customer or Script
Through this option, business agents can search the required visits by customer in alphabetical order or by script, which enables you to view the visit sequence planned by the back office.
Visits planned by the back office must be configured in the visit schedule of Invoicing module, in the following option of CRM - Sales Manag./Representatives menu.
Procedures
Viewing by customer or script:
| 1. | In the service window, click Customer in the upper right part of the window. |
The following options are displayed:
Customer
Enables you to view all customers in alphabetical order.
Script
Enables you to view all customers according to the visit script planned by the back office.
| 2. | In view by script, click Route. |
The default query window is displayed with the course suggestion.
In this window, you can check all courses registered by the back office or search a specific course in Search By.
| 3. | After searching the script you want, click OK to return to the service window with the customers from the selected script. |
