Adding an Order

Adding an Order

1. In the order window, click Add.

The Add screen is displayed.

2. Order is added by using the following folders:

In this folder, you must establish the payment term, delivery date, and type of transportation for delivery.

In this folder, you can choose and add one or more products per group besides entering the product amount and the discount to be given.

Enables you make searches by code or description to add a product into the order.

In this folder, the price list of the product added into the Items folder or searched into the Detail folder is displayed.

Enables you to write notes on the order. Example: Delivery time, etc.

3. After finishing the order, check data and click Save in the main folder.

A window is displayed to confirm the order.

4. In this window, the item added into the order is displayed. To check the details presented (number of items added, order subtotal, discount given, and the total amount to be paid by the customer), use the arrows on the right of the window.
5. Check data and click Confirm.

A message is displayed for confirmation.

6. Click OK.

The system returns to the service window in the order folder.
