Sync
This routine is used to synchronize data transfer between Hand Held and back office because through this routine business agents send information about business visits, return of goods, changes in registers, and messages to back office.
The whole connectivity process is configured by the back office and made by MCS (Mobile Connectivity Studio).
Procedures
Synchronizing data:
| 1. | In the main window of FDA, click FDA menu. |
FDA submenus are displayed.
| 2. | Click Journal submenu. |
All routines of journal menu are displayed.
| 3. | Select Sync. |
The sync window is displayed.
| 4. | Click Start. |
The system starts the synchronization of data to be transferred.
After data synchronization, the system indicates in the window that process was finished.
| 5. | To end the routine, click MCSync - Options submenu and select Exit. |
The system returns to the main window of FDA.
