Non-sale
In this query, non-positive customers are displayed, that is, the ones not visited or that did not buy anything for some reason.
All system events registered for the customer during the visit are established by the back office.
Procedures
Querying non-sales:
| 1. | In the day closing window, select Non-sale. |
| 2. | Click Date to select the day you want. |
A calendar is displayed to select date, month and year.
| 3. | After selecting month and year, click the day you want. |
The system returns to the day closing window with non-positive visits for the day selected.
| 4. | Use the arrows on the right of the window to check the rest of displayed information. |
| 5. | After checking information, click Exit. |
The system returns to the main window of FDA.
