Changing an Order

You can change the order issued for the customer as long as information has not been sent to the back office.

Procedures

Changing an order:

1. In the order folder, select the order you want.
2. Click Change.

A window is displayed to change the product.

In this window, you can change information from the folders Main, Items, and Note.

3. After changing the required data, click Save.

A window is displayed for confirmation.

4. Check data with the arrows displayed on the right of the window.
5. Click Confirm.

A message is displayed for confirmation.

6. Click OK.

The system returns to the service window in the order folder.
