Changing an Order
You can change the order issued for the customer as long as information has not been sent to the back office.
Procedures
Changing an order:
1. | In the order folder, select the order you want. |
2. | Click Change. |
A window is displayed to change the product.
In this window, you can change information from the folders Main, Items, and Note.
3. | After changing the required data, click Save. |
A window is displayed for confirmation.
4. | Check data with the arrows displayed on the right of the window. |
5. | Click Confirm. |
A message is displayed for confirmation.
6. | Click OK. |
The system returns to the service window in the order folder.
