Checking History
In this submenu routine, you can check logs of all events occurred during transfer (orders sent, invoices issued, back office updates, etc.).
Besides, log history helps possible connection errors to be detected, such as: connection failure, invalid user, timeout, etc.
Procedures
Checking the history:
1. | In the sync window, click MCSync - Options submenu. |
Submenu options are displayed.
2. | Select History. |
The history window is displayed with the information available for synchronization.
3. | Use the scroll bar on the right of the window to check the rest of information. |
4. | Click OK to quit history. |
A message is displayed asking if you want to clear the log.
• | OK - Clears the log. |
• | Cancel - Does not clear the log. |
5. | Click Cancel to quit history. |
The system returns to the sync window.
