Contacts Folder

In this folder, you can register, change and check details about the customer's business contact.

Procedures

Adding a new contact:

1. In the contact folder, click Add.

A window is displayed to add the contact.

2. In this window, fill out the following fields:

Contact

Enter the name of the customer's business contact.

CPF

Enter the CPF number.

Function

Select the function the business contact has.

Telephone Number

Enter the contact's phone number.

Cell Phone

Enter the contact's cell number.

E-mail

Enter e-mail for contact.

Date of Birth

Enter contact's date of birth.

3. Check data and click Save.

The system returns to the contact window.

 

Changing Contact Data

1. In the contact folder, select the contact you want and click Change.

A window is displayed to change the contact.

2. After changing the required data, click Save.
3. A message is displayed confirming the change. Click OK.

The system returns to the contact folder.

Checking Contact Details

1. In the contact folder, select the contact you want and click Detail.

The contact detail window is displayed.

2. Check information and click Cancel.

The system returns to the contact folder.

Deleting the Contact

1. In the contact detail window, select the contact you want and click Delete.

A message is displayed to confirm deletion.

2. Click OK to confirm it.

The system returns to the contact folder.
