Search Products

This routine enables the business agent to search and check information about registered products, which is used in sales orders.

Products presented in this routine are registered and provided by the back office, which are divided by groups in order to facilitate search during order inclusion or invoice issue.

Through this search, you can check the following information: product amount in stock, price, delivery term, ICMS and IPI rates, unit of measurement, package amount, and maximum discount allowed.

Procedures

Searching a product:

1.	In the main window of FDA, click FDA.

FDA menus are displayed.

2.	Click the Main menu.

3.	Click Search Products.

Product window is displayed.

4.	In this window, you can search and check product details with the following options:

In this option, you can search products by code or description.

In this option, you can search and select products by a certain product group.

5.	After choosing the product, the following information is displayed:

Code

In this option, register code and product name are displayed.

Unit of Measurement

Indicates the unit of measurement of the product.

Package Amount

Indicates the amount of product in the same package.

Delivery

Displays the number of days to deliver a product to the customer.

Maximum Discount

Displays the maximum discount percentage allowed.

ICMS (Value Added Tax on Sales and Services)

Enter the ICMS rate of the state (UF).

IPI (Excise Tax)

Enter the IPI rate of the state (UF).

Stock

Indicates the product amount in stock to make the sales transaction. This information is only updated when the business agent synchronizes data.

6.	After checking all product details, click OK.

The system returns to the main window of FDA.
