Query Parameters
In this routine, the business agent can view the system parameters configured by the back office.
Procedures
Querying parameters:
| 1. | In the main window of FDA, click FDA. |
FDA menus are displayed.
| 2. | Click the Main menu. |
All routines of main menu are displayed.
| 3. | Select Query Parameters. |
A window is displayed to query parameters.
| 4. | Use the arrows on the right of the window to check the rest of information. |
| 5. | To exit, click Return. |
The system returns to the main window of FDA.
