Checking Configurations

In this submenu routine, you can check configurations defined by the back office in order to synchronize information (sent and received) between business agent and back office.

This configuration window is exclusively used by the system administrator to ensure connection between back office and Hand Held.

Procedures

Checking configurations:

Submenu options are displayed.

The configuration window is displayed with the following information:

Identifier

Number given to the equipment in Protheus register. This number is responsible for validating MCS (Mobile Connectivity Studio) and Protheus.

User

Name of the user registered for the identifier number.

Server

Address registered in MCS (Mobile Connectivity Studio) server.

Port

Inbound port for connection with MCS server for validation.

Timeout

Timeout concerning the sync server reply.

The system returns to the sync window.
