Checking Data Sent

In this submenu option, business agents can check if the sales order was successfully sent to the back office.

Through this routine, you can check which tables were changed or had new records added as well as the number of records in each table and data transfer date/time.

This routine only registers the last transfer to back office.

Procedures

Checking information sent:

1. In the sync window, click MCSync - Options submenu.

Submenu options are displayed.

2. Select Sent.

A window is displayed with information about data sent to the back office.

3. Use the arrows on the right of the window to check the rest of information.
4. After search, click OK to finish it.

The system returns to the sync window.
