Detail Folder
Description of the product added into the Items folder is displayed here, enabling the business agent to check product details easier (product description and code, unit, amount in the package, delivery date, maximum discount allowed, ICMS/IPI rate, and physical inventory).
This folder also enables you to search and check details about another product by code or description for a new inclusion.
Procedures
Searching and checking product information:
| 1. | In the Detail folder, select one of the options available for search. |
Code
Enables you to find a product by the registration code.
Description
Enables you to find a product by the name registered.
| 2. | In the blank row, enter the product description or code. |
| 3. | Click Search. |
A list is displayed with the name of the product searched.
| 4. | Select the product. |
Details about the product searched are displayed.
