Zeroing Visits
This routine changes the customer service status for the business agent to make a new visit.
By changing the status, customer identification in the system is changed by the business agent to customer not visited (NVIS).
Procedures
Zeroing visits:
1. | Click the service menu and select Zero Visits. |
A message is displayed for confirmation.
2. | Click OK to confirm it. |
The system returns to the service window with the customer status changed.
