Shift Change in Lot
This routine also enables the Shift Change in Lot, that is, shift, sequence and annotation rule can be collectively changed.
Shift, sequence and rule are changed through the Shift Transfer table while running the routine. Such change follows the process of individual transfer.
Thus, shift is changed quickly and more easily by using transfer identifiers generated in Employee Transfer or Shift Change. It helps the lot identification of employees transferred and that now need a Shift Change.
Procedures
Changing shit in lot:
1. | In Shift Change, click Related Features. |
2. | Select Change in Lot. |
By selecting this option, a screen is displayed to select one or more employees for shift change.
3. | After selecting employees, on the screen of Transfer in Lot, in Related Features, the options Search, Select/Clear All, Filter and Select ID by Transf are displayed. |
4. | Select the option you want. |
5. | On the screen of Transfer in Lot, click Confirm. |
A screen is displayed to enter data of single destination, that is, shift change for all the employees selected is generated for the same code of Shift, Shift Initial Sequence and Annotation Rule.
After confirmation on the screen of single destination entry, data confirmation is displayed before making transfers.
Transfer in Lot is only made by using the single destination, that is, information is equally considered for all the employees selected. Such data of single destination are processed through the Destination Information screen, on which you enter: Date, Shift, Shift Initial Sequence, Annotation Rule, and Note. |
6. | Check information and confirm the Transfer in Lot. |
If shift change is confirmed, reversal is not possible because the destination of Shift, Shift Sequence and Annotation Rule is only one. In this case, use the individual shift change to reverse the request incorrectly made. |
