SRA Filter
Enter the filter to be used when generating the bills to limit the information contained in the Employee Register.
When clicking the filter edit option, the Employee Register fields are displayed for building up the filter.
To make up the filter for the selected filter, use the operators More than, Less than, equal to, Contained in, etc.
Using the (SRA) filter: When generating bills, the following information is requested: Branch To/From, Cost Center To/From, Registration Number To/From so on, And you may define special need through the filter. Example: When determining, through the filter, that only bills for cost centers 01010101, 04040404, 07070707 and 09090909 are to be generated, the system generates only the bills thus indicated, even if the parameters are defined as From: 00000000 and To: 99999999. |
