Automatic Time Records
The Electronic Attendance Terminal enables to generate different types of time records based on the conditions defined by the user. This way, while reading the records registered by the clock or while accessing the corresponding maintenance, time records will be generated following the criteria defined in the fields of rules, of the work shift and system parameters.
The field Auto.Time Rec. is used when automatic time records must be generated for the types of records of entry and exit entered. The employee must have registered other records as otherwise, the records requested will not be generated (see other explanation in this document that edit this concept).
Example of automatic generation:
• | Time records made by the employee: 08:00 am and 6:00 pm |
• | Standard Time Table: 08:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm |
• | Automatic Time Records specified in the Rule: 1S and 2E |
• | Final Time Records of the Employee: 08:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 18:00 pm |
If the employee above did not have all the compulsory records of the day (1E and 2S), the interval records would not be generated.
To generate the records on the days when the user did not show the records, and to complement records of a day, the following fields may be used:
• | To specify that time records can be randomly generated, use the field Random Rec., with the maximum number of minutes to be considered as the limit in the field Random Min.. |
• | To generate time records on days when the employee did not indicate the time records, use the field D.Without Rec.. |
• | To generate complementary records for days with partial time records, use the field Compl.Rec.. |
Generation of time records is based on the Standard Time Table and hence, the days for which they will be generated must have their respective schedules registered. Check the parameters MV_GETMAUT , MV_GETMAUT and MV_GETMAUT for further information. |
