Registration Form

The Registration Form is a mandatory document required by the Labor Ministry of Brazil. It must contain the civil or professional qualifications of each worker, hiring data, service length, vacations and other information relevant for worker protection.

Using the definitions, you may separate the fields of the Employee Register into groups, allowing the organization of the Form for printing in the most adequate format for view. These groups must be registered according to each company's needs, determining which fields are printed, in which order and in which groups.

The definitions are valid only for the Registration Form and its printing, i.e., any change, such as in the field order, does not affect other registers or reports.

When printing or viewing the Registration Form, the worker's data are made available, as well as his/her salary changes, leave periods, union contributions, dependants, vacations and registration data changes performed in the Employee Register, according to the parameters set for printing.

You may print the Registration Form in graphic mode, with the employee's photo.

The following options are available in the Registration Form:

Definitions - where you select the fields to be displayed in the registration form.
Forms - where the registration data, document numbers and other employee data are displayed, as well as the respective amounts of salary, contributions, etc.
Print - prints the configured registration form.
