Related Generic Query

This routine allows you to create customized queries with data of one or more tables related.

With a table as basis, you can select fields that will be in query and relate them to secondary tables to display additional information.

Based on common data, you can gather information in query and facilitate organization and view.

You can send query created to printer, to disk and also run it from menu of one of System module.

Procedures

To create Related Generic Query:

1. Select Related Generic Query and the following options are displayed:
• Creating new query

It enables you to create customized query according to user need.

• Opening existing query

It opens query previously created.

• Creating Office Query

It enables you to create query that can be opened in Microsoft Office 2007, integrated with Microsiga Protheus® database.

• Opening Office Query (Local)

It opens Office query previously created.

• Opening Office Query (Stock)

It opens Office query standardized by TOTVS.
