Table S008 - Redundancy Payment
In this table, enter the initial and final number of months of work as well as the number of days of salary receivable according to the employee service length.
If the number of days of salary is paid only once, fill out the Days per Year field with N, but if the amount is paid by year of work, enter S.
By granting the proportional part of months of work (annual fraction), fill out the Proportional field with S, otherwise with N.
According to the current legislation, make this payment as follows:
| 1. | After a continuous work period not shorter than three (3) months and not longer than six (6), a total of six (6) days of nominal wage; |
| 2. | After a continuous work period not shorter than six (6) months and not longer than one year, a total of thirteen (13) days of nominal wage; |
| 3. | After a continuous work period not shorter than one year and not longer than five (5), a total of twenty-one (21) days of nominal wage, per each year of service provided; |
| 4. | After a continuous work period not shorter than five (5) years, a total of twenty-one (23) days of nominal wage, per each year of service provided. |
Any year fraction larger than three (3) months, payment must be made according to the items 1 and 2 (herein).
