Default Time Table
The standard timetable defines several aspects which manage common work and rest times for a group of employees belonging to a certain Work Shift.
Some work shift fields influence the calculation of hours worked and intervals, being necessary to recalculate them through option Calculate Hours.
For shifts with alternate times, according to the sequence, you must create as many tables as necessary to comply with all possible times. This information can be viewed through the button Query Calendar.
Example:
The time of a certain shift is from 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM in a week, from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the other. You must register the weeks 1, 2 and 3 respectively for this shift.
If there are exceptions for the tables, specify them through the routines:
To carry out records of employees using optional shifts (as substitute employees , for example), the standard timetable must be properly entered, for the system to automatically identify the employee shift.
In the table, you must configure those times considered to Continuous Work Shifts, that are differently handled by the System and, because of this, need exclusive field configuration and parameters.
