Calculate Hours
This option totals the number of hours indicated in the Default Schedule Table for the selected shifts, saving this data in the field Total Hours. Some fields from work shift influence the calculation of hours worked and intervals, making it necessary to recalculate it using this option.
Procedures
Calculating number of hours:
1. | In the Default Schedule Table maintenance window, select Calculate Hours. |
The system displays the routine parameters screen.
2. | Enter the parameters, indicating the shift for which the hours calculation is performed. |
3. | Check the parameters and confirm them. |
4. | The system processes the information and saves it in the field Total Hours of the selected shift. |
