Integration between Personnel Management and Quality Control
Microsiga Protheus® system enables to integrate User files and/or Employees, used by Quality and Personnel Management environments, respectively, besides other integrations, since the parameter MV_QGINT is enabled, that is, its content is Y (Yes).

Integration among environments enables the independence of User File (QAXA010, QIEA050 and QNCA070) and Employee File (GPEA010), Departments/Cost Centers (CTBA180, CONA060, QAXA030 and QDOA150) and Roles/Titles (GPEA030 and QDOA160).
For this integration, the system uses the following tables:
| • | Users (QAA), disassociated from the Employee File (SRA); | 
| • | Departments (QAD), disassociated from Cost Center File (SI3); | 
| • | Roles (QAC), disassociated from the Role File (SRJ). | 
These tables maintenance are performed through the Document Control environment.
When this integration is enabled, User File data, in Quality Assurance environments, is \"fulfilled\" by Personnel Management, identifying records with the Employee type, since saving the code is performed like this:

In this rule, there is the integration with Transfers (GPEA180) carried out in Personnel Management environment, through the parameter MV_QGINT, and a content Y (yes), integrating tables SRE - Transfers (SIGAGPE) to QAB - Transfers (Quality) and besides, Branch, Company and Cost Center data is integrated.
In Personnel Management environment, the employee is classified according to the following status, registered in Payroll Status field:

| • | A - Temporarily absent | 
| • | D - Dismissed | 
| • | F - Vacation | 
| • | T - Relocated | 
When transferring an employee, the system classifies it as D - Dismissed, to disassociate him from that branch or cost center, classifying it as \"blank\" - Regular status, in the new branch or cost center to where he was relocated.
In Quality environment, here is data of employee status considered in integration:

It is possible to send a notification e-mail of transfer to the responsible employee. The parameter MV_QGEMAIL must be created in the Configurator environment, and its content must be this employee e-mail, which is recommended to make part in quality department.
The following sentence is written in the e-mail: An Employee Transfer was performed by the Personnel Management environment. If needed, check and transfer holdovers in Quality environment.
