View Query

By displaying query performed, the system allows you to check information by field order.

Fields filled out with values allow you to sum values displayed in browser with following operations:

• Sum: All values of fields displayed are sum;
• Count: System sums number of fields displayed in query;
• Maximum: Displays greater values of all fields displayed in query;
• Minimum: Displays lower values of all fields displayed in query;
• Average: Displays average value of all fields displayed in query.

 

Procedures

To view query by indexed field:

1. On query window, click field with option (next) of index.

Note in query displayed information is organized by customer code.

2. Click other field with index (next) to change display order.

In example, (next) Name.

Query is organized and displayed by customer name in alphabetical order.

 

To view total sum of all fields of query:

1. On query window, click field with option sum.
2. Click field and query options are displayed.
3. Select option required.

In example: Average

Message of value of operation selected is displayed.

Saving Query

You must save query in the end of configuration.

Procedures

To save query:

1. Click Save.

Window to enter data of saving is displayed.

2. Indicate directory to save and query name.

File name has extension .NGC.
