This routine performs integration of Microsiga Protheus® data with Microsoft Word® for document creation and printing.

Microsoft Word® template files are used for developing other documents in Microsiga Protheus®.

You can often find the expression \"Doc Variables\" in the available templates. It indicates data substitution, that is, whenever such expression is found, the system replaces it with the content of the Microsiga Protheus® database at the moment of issuing.

In the Variables and Document Templates topic, the variables which may be used when issuing documents are displayed.

The system considers the Full Name field with more than 30 characters, shown in the Employee Register, for printing integrated documents. In such cases, the Name field from the Employee Register is not used for printing.

Procedures

Performing integration with MSWord®:

1.	In Word, click Parameters.

2.	Enter the data according to field help instructions.

3.	Check the data and confirm.

4.	Click Print Document.

5.	Enter the data and confirm document printing.
