The information is updated item by item according to the sequence defined.

This option is used only for Sending, when there is data repeated in the same row of the record. For example: information about the waybills shipped up to the position 100. From this position, the record must be updated with information of invoices corresponding to the waybill.

To configure the 2 -Complement option, you must add new information. In addition, data about the items of this complement must follow the same filling procedure, according to the configuration of the layout items.

This option is used only for Sending when there is no data enough for entering information in the main file.

Example:

In the Transport Management environment, the delivery occurrence can be by document or by trip, and the layout used needs information from the document. In an occurrence by document, the main file contains all information needed. However, in an occurrence by trip, the main file contains information about the trip, but the information about the documents related to the trip are available in other file.

By using the additional complement, the main file is stored in the trip occurrence until all documents involved be updated in the file, generating a record for each document. The items of the layout configurator can use the file stored in the conditional complement.

You do not necessarily have to enter the item data of the conditional complement since the updating is based on the items of the layout configurator.
