Legal Base
On March 16th, 2009, the Resolution (ANSeS) 135/2009 (Art. VII) was published in the Official Gazette, increasing the maximum limit of the taxable base for the calculations of contributions to SIPA - Argentinean Integrated Social Security System.
This modification affects the limits of the Retirement, Social Work, INSSJP and ART calculation bases, which now use a proportion of the Minimum Guaranteed Value instead of the Social Security Module (MOPRE).
The Minimum Guaranteed Value as provided by the Social Security Mobility Statute is increased monthly, and consequently, updates worker contribution limits.
Thus:
1. | Enter the amount referring to the month in the table S026- Minimum Guaranteed Value. |
2. | Edit the Minimum and Maximum limits of the tables S001 - Retirement, S003 - Social Works, S004 - INSSJP and S005 - Labor Risks Insurance. |
3. | The Payroll is calculated to check the result. |
FNE - National Employment Fund
The National Employment Fund is a contribution established as mandatory by Statute 24013, chapter VII, Title IV, Article 120 and ruled by Decree 814/01, Article 2.
For the system to perform this contribution's calculation in the payroll and year-end bonus calculation scripts, you need to enter the percentage referring to the month in the S027 - FNE and S028 - ANSSES tables after configuring its incidence in the Payroll Items.
