Periods
The period file stores and controls the periods to calculate the meal voucher and transportation voucher, defining:
• | Reference Month/Year |
• | Work shift |
• | Week (to weekly-paid workers) |
• | Type of day (if worked, not worked, DSR or holiday) |
• | Uses Food Voucher |
In this period, the following can be controlled: days worked and not worked to identify hours, DSR hours (Weekly Remunerated Rest), transportation and meal tickets, also in cases of full time work and situations of admission and leave within this period.
Based on the transportation voucher days entered in Transportation Voucher Update, the deduction of absent days due to vacation, temporary or admissions in the month is calculated, also verifying the differences of vouchers, that is, facial value changed during the calculation period.
In addition to this information, you must enter the days comprising the period, the number of days considered to calculate.
For monthly-paid workers, regardless of the value entered in field \"Month Days\", the system pays 30 days.
Through the period entered, a calendar is generated and displays the days of the period, for which the following can be parameterized:
• | If the day is Worked, Not worked or DSR. |
• | If this day entitles you to transportation ticket. |
• | If this day entitles you to the difference of transport ticket. |
• | If this day entitles you to meal ticket. |
In addition, you can also enter the number of hours worked and DSR for a certain day, to calculate worked hours and DSR, in cases of days proportional to the period.
For the generation of RAIS*, the information to be verified includes hours actually worked for each category, and for each year indicated in the parameter of generation of RAIS*, a registered period must exist.
This file replaces the Week File; thus, you must register information and, for the companies with no weekly payments, you must register data for the monthly periods. |
