Health Promoting Companies Table (S001)

There are around 50 entities in Colombia. Register those companies that provide health care services to employees who need them.

Payable amounts to these entities are deposited in a single account which is managed by a government authority. The company must issue a list of values and employees

For this, the list must contain the following content:

Associate the company to the employee through the Employee Registry.

EPS Percentages Table (S013)

Fill out the fields with the percentages of the Company and the Employee.

For full salary, consider 70 % of the salary and a ceiling of 25 SMLV.
