Service Processes
This report aims at presenting all processes of sale done at the period. It is possible to enter start date, end date, a process and specify what process stage you want to print. There are they: All, Waiting for register, Partial register, In register stage and Closed.
Procedures
To generate a report:
| 1. | At Easy Siscoserv Control, access Updates/Sale/Service Processes. |
| 2. | Enter a process and click OK. |
| 3. | Verify it is possible to export the report information for options existing on left side. (spreadsheet, email, PDF, among others) |
| 4. | Click Print. |
| 5. | See the report is printed containing information about the process wanted. |
