Averages for Year-end Bonus

Calculation of Overtime and Bonus Averages for Year-end Bonus is made as follows:

The Annual Accrual file (SRD) is checked and the budgets with positive incidence for Average for Year-end Bonus are selected. This selection is made by using the budgets existing in the referred year only.
Each selected budget is analyzed, valued and accrued according to the criteria below:
If the budget does not have the number of hours or days, its value is kept.
If the Type field displays D (days), the amount is multiplied by the Salary-Base-Day, resulting in its Current Value.
If the budget has a quantity and its Type is not equal to D (days), the quantity is multiplied by the Salary-Base-Hour, resulting in its Current Value.
The Accrued Total of each budget is divided by the total of months the employee worked during the year, resulting in the Year Average.
To obtain the final average value, that is the value to be paid, the Year Average is divided by 12 (twelve) and the result is multiplied by the number of months the employee is entitled to.

The parameter MV_M13ANOCis also considered. It allows the system to take into account budget that reach beyond the current year. The reason for this is that the system uses as initial month January of the current year or the admission month when the employee has been admitted in the current year.

Example:

Configuring the parameter MV_M13ANOC as 2 (No), you have the following situation:

1. Number of months for averaging, as defined in the Union Registry:
2. If there is a termination in February/2005 and the last three month have been defined for averaging (Months Avg. 1st field, in the Averages folder), the system finds the budgets for averaging in January/2005, December/2004 and November/2004.
2. Number of months for averaging, as defined in the Budgets Registry:
If there is a termination in February/2005 and the last six month have been defined for averaging in a specific budget (Year-End Bonus Avg. field, in the Averages folder), the system finds the budgets for averaging in January/2005, December/2004, November/2004, October/2004, September/2004 and August/2004.
The parameter's default content is 1 (Yes), so that the system takes into account only budgets from the current year.
The budgets configured as SP (period average) for calculating year-end bonus average (Year-End Bonus Avg. field in the Averages folder of the Budgets Registry),  are not affected by this parameter.
The budgets configured as S (period average or union parameter) for calculating year-end bonus average (Year-End Bonus Avg. field in the Averages folder of the Budgets Registry),  are only not affected by this parameter if there is a number of months for averaging indicated in the Union Registry.
