DSR (Weekly Remunerated Rest) on Overtime
The effect of Overtime on DSR is calculated as follows:
• | The Overtime DSR Base is calculated by summing all revenue budgets and subtracting all deduction budgets, as long as the Overtime DSR field is N (No). |
By configuring the mnemonic LRECRIADSR as .T. (true), you can recalculate the DSR added to the activity-hour base, so that budgets not corresponding to activity-hours are not calculated. In other words, the DSR Base for activity-hours is calculated using only budgets whose field Activ.-Hours is S. |
• | The Number of Working Hours (Regular Hours) and the Number of Rest Hours (Rest Hours) are retrieved from the Shift Registry or the parameter 19, Month Composition, if these shift fields are not filled in. |
• | The DSR on Overtime is calculated by dividing the Overtime DSR Base by the Number of Working Hours (Regular Hours), and the result is multiplied by the Number of Rest Hours (Rest Hours). |
