Hazard

Hazard is calculated when the field relating to the Hazard Hours (Haz. Hours.) of the Employee Registry is filled in. In this case, the following three conditions are checked:

If the Haz. Hours field is 999,99, the module calculates the Hazard base, by summing all revenue budgets and subtracting all deduction budgets with positive incidence for hazard (Hazard).

If the result is equal to zero, the Salary-Base-Month value is considered as the Hazard Base.

Next, the additional percentage of the hazard budget is applied to the Hazard Base value, resulting in  the Hazard bonus to be paid.

If the Haz. Hours field displays the same value of the Monthly Hours field (Monthly Hrs.) of the employee,  the Hazard is calculated, by applying the additional percentage of the hazard budget to the Salary-Base-Month.
If the Haz. Hours field displays any other value, the Hazard is calculated, my multiplying the content of this field by the Salary-Basis-Hour. Then, the additional percentage of the Hazard budgets is applied to the result.
