Union Dues

Union dues are calculated in March for all employees with \"S\" displayed in the Union Dues field (Union Dues) in the registry. If \"T\" is displayed in this field, the calculation is performed in the month following the month of admission .

The calculation is processed as follows:

• The Union Due Base is obtained from the sum of all revenue budgets and the subtraction of all deduction budgets which apply to Union Dues (Union Dues - Budgets Registry). If the result is zero, the Union Due Base is the same as the Monthly Salary Base.
• Union Dues equal the Union Due Basel divided by 30, except for daily-paid employees, Category field (Empl. Cat.) D. In this case, it is divided by the number of days in the month, obeying the position of the MV_DIASMES parameter.
• For commissioned employees or pieceworkers, the calculation base is the base salary plus the commission budgets or previous month's tasks.
