Questions Groups
This routine enables you to add register of questions groups by creating questions groupers codes to facilitate questionnaires preparation. You can speed up questionnaires preparation by organizing question by subject.
Research can be divided into groups to facilitate questionnaire application. If a group of questions in a questionnaire is frequently used, you can create a group to gather these questions and when you decide to add it in other research, select group created in questionnaire.
Questions groups facilitate questionnaire preparation. It is used for frequent questions, to separate gender or any other classification needed. Groups can be divided in sub-groups.

Practical Application:
A set of 20 generic questions was divided to facilitate its application:

According to company size when preparing questionnaires, you just have to add groups of questions. You do not have to analyze all 20 questions again to choose which one is for your specific questionnaire.
Procedures
To add groups of questions:
1. | In Groups of Questions, select Add. |
2. | Fill out field according to help field instructions. |
3. | Once fields are filled out, check and confirm them. |
