Questions Notes

It allows you to add notes, except for written text questions. Notes can be made to request justification or comments on selected answers.

For example, in question Only one Choice displayed in lines, the area Describe others for notes is available in register. System displays text box so you can meet note displayed. For this format, characters limit used in written text mode is valid.
