Folder Alternatives
Folder Alternatives must define answer alternative format when field Type of Question Data is select by option 2 - Multiple Choice or 1 - Only one Choice.

How to define information on folder Alternatives:

System automatically numbers alternatives in register.

Describe alternatives for questions.
Example:
Yes, No, Rarely, I believe, Always, Never, I can not answer, Excellent, Terrible etc.
Field where respondent can justify previous answer.
Select Yes so system creates field Complement of alternative, otherwise No.
