Procedures
To add questions for multiple display through Wizard:
| 1. | Select Question Model as Multiple Choice, next screen refers to definition of quantity of alternatives allowed. |
After informing quantity, click Next.
2. Next screen requests information on Lines and Columns of alternatives.
After defining lines and columns, click Next.
3. Next screen requests configuration of Question Preparation data and enter Question Description.
After informing description, click Next.
4. Next screen, select Display Mode of questions alternatives in screen:

Select question display mode and click Next.
5. Define configuration of Alternatives and Choice options:

| • | Complement |
| • | Enable? |
| • | Punctuation % |
After configuring alternatives and choice options, click Next.
6. Next step you must define characters size to enter Complementary Data.
Enter value or maintain standard/maximum limit suggested by the system and click Next.
7. In next screen, enter question structure with Group and Sub-groups of questions.
Select them in their respective fields and click Next.
8. Next screen, describe Notes referring to question in register and click Next.
9. Next screen, enter Question Goal to provide more information on question only for interviewers.
Define goal and click Next.
10. In next screen, select Yes to define Obligation to Question in research, otherwise click No.
Define field and click Finish to conclude Wizard of question register.
11. After entering data referring to question creation, system backs to routine browser.
12. To preview question created presentation via Web, use Preview.
Select it as you need.
13. Confirm it to finish question register.
