Research
The purpose of this routine is to create research and configure its main features. Research created is related to questionnaires and processes.
Research is a document that gathers processes, questionnaires, questions and alternatives and send them to respective addressees.
Research can have one or more questionnaires. They can be divided into groups and these groups into sub-groups.
You must activate research in Status after making all questions and defining all related processes.
Procedures
To research:
1. | In Research, select Add. |
System displays window divided in two areas:
• | Area containing research items that relates login items to perform research. |
2. | Fill out requested data according to field help instructions. |
3. | After informing research data, check and confirm them. |
4. | Change, in menu, enables you to export research result data to external comparison in Export. |
