Research Data
This area contains main research information that identify and classify it.
Procedures
To enter research data:
1. | On Research Data, fill out fields according to help instructions. The following fields request attention: |

Enter research name to be displayed when you open research.
• | Status |
Research status can be Active or Inactive. When research is created, its status must be Inactive so you can relate questionnaire and questions to it. When research status is Active means it is concluded and items related to it can not be related.
• | Available |
Inform from which media respondent will receive research.
On Survey and Result Management Environment the only media is Internet.
• | Start Date/End Date |
Enter date interval in these fields and define start and end period for research.
• | Start Time/End Time |
In these fields, enter hour interval and define validity time for research according to period informed in Start Date and End Date fields.
• | Goal |
In this field, describe goal to inform and document it to interviewers.
• | List |
In this field, select research addressees (respondent). For that, click Filter.
• | Maximum of Interviews |
To define research sampling, enter maximum of interviews to be registered for this research.
This number is considered and regardless research effective date or if number of research is achieved, date and deadline are not considered to inactivate it.
• | Questionnaire/Page |
In this field, define number of questions to be displayed in each page regarding number of questions in questionnaire.
2. | After that, fill out data at the bottom of screen according to help instructions. |
3. | Check data and confirm them. |
