Active Interview
This routine allows you to create interview for target audience just like in other researches but answer is accomplished by an interviewer employee by phone.
Rules to create researches are valid for this type of research as far as interviewer has permission to answer it. Option caption is in menu and allows you to view who are qualified interviewer.

Procedures
To accomplish active interview:
| 1. | On active interviews maintenance window, system relates registered and qualified interviewers for this type of research. They are classified according to caption. |
| 2. | Place cursor on interviewer and select To Interview in menu. |
In a new screen, system displays researches interviewer is allowed to accomplish.
| 3. | Select the research and click Research to perform active research. |
System displays research in Web format on screen.
| 4. | Enter research data and confirm them. |
