Questions

This routine is used to prepare questions that will be part of questionnaires. In addition, it allows you to manage (change, add or delete) questions that are part of generated questionnaires.

Questions are essential to prepare research. To create questions, you must prepare research guide first and then develop question related to product to be researched.

So you can create specific questions to meet different focuses and goals.

You can add, change or delete some questions in questionnaires to meet your needs, but do not forget to fulfill fields that directly interact with answers.

 

Tip:

Research can have one or more questionnaires. They can be divided into groups and these groups into sub-groups. By preparing a question, you can define if it is part of a Group or Sub-group.

Question can be configured to receive different answers. They can be:

Only one Choice
Multiple Choice
Written Text

 

According to question type, type of answer must be configured and alternatives selection, display mode and answer layout must be defined.

Important:

Written Text option does not require display mode once answer is a written text.  

Procedures

To add questions:

1. On Questions, there are two ways to register questions:
To add
Wizard
2. Select option and fill out fields according to help instructions.
3. To view via Web how created question will be displayed, use Preview is available.

Select it as you need.

4. Once fields are filled out, check and confirm them.
