Folder Lines and Columns
Folder lines and columns must have lines and column content of question in register. Folder Type of Question Data folder must be selected by option 1 - Only one Choice or 2 - Multiple Choice.

Enter description of alternative to be inserted as line or column. These alternatives must be created according to Likert Scale.
